Quadruple amputee athlete heading back to Maryland to face murder charge

CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Dayton Webber, the quadruple amputee accused of shooting and killing a man, is heading back to Maryland to face murder charges in Charles County.

Webber, 27, waived his extradition during a hearing in Virginia on Thursday.
