CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Charlottesville is beginning work to replace water and gas mains, taking advantage of summer when University of Virginia students are gone to minimize traffic impacts.
The city says the projects will complicate traffic but will help reduce water and gas leaks.
