CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – A shooting early Sunday morning at the Waffle House on Route 29 is under investigation by the Albemarle County Police Department, a spokesperson told Cville Right Now.
The incident occurred at just before 4:30 a.m. at the restaurant located at 495 Premier Circle. There is no active threat to the community, the spokesperson said.
