CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – As Charlottesville Police continue to search for a suspect in the April 17 Old Preston Ave. shooting and City Police Chief Mike Kochis revealed a key new detail of the investigation and urged the suspect to turn himself in.
“That entire incident was caught on video, and it’s just a matter of time,” Kochis said.
