CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A woman who had been reported missing was found dead outside a Lookout Valley hotel Wednesday, and Chattanooga Police have arrested a man they say admitted leaving her body there.
On Wednesday, officers were called to the 100 block of Patten Chapel Road around 4:25 p.m., where they found the body of 22-year-old Elysia Kinsella in the parking lot.
