HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Hamilton County District Attorney Coty Wamp says a sharp increase in felony convictions over the past five years is helping reduce crime across the county.
In a report released Tuesday, Wamp’s office said felony convictions increased from 385 in 2020 to 641 in 2025, a 66% increase.
