Hamilton County man facing charges after starting pursuit that led to deputy crashing

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A Hamilton County man is facing charges after leading deputies on a high-speed chase on his motorcycle Thursday afternoon and causing a sheriff’s sergeant to crash.

According to an arrest report, deputies were searching for a black motorcycle believed to be connected to a carjacking investigation around 1:54 p.m. Thursday near Highway 27.
