WHITWELL, Tenn. — We’re working to learn more about an incident involving a Whitwell police officer hitting a 13-year-old with his vehicle Monday afternoon.
A preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) say 38-year-old Adam Rose was making a left turn in a gravel parking lot on Teague Road.
While turning, the THP says Rose hit a railroad tie which the 13-year-old was sitting on, hitting the teen in the process…
