RINGGOLD, Ga. — Downtown Ringgold flooded Wednesday evening as storms moved through the city, marking the second time in a week that torrential rain has inundated the area, according to Mayor Kelly Bomar.
Bomar thanked those who helped businesses as the flooding unfolded.
