CATOOSA COUNTY, Ga. — YouTuber JiDion says he and his camera crew recently confronted a man in Catoosa County who had allegedly been communicating with a decoy posing as a 13-year-old girl.
An arrest report says the man in question, Marcus Hard, tried to meet up with the 13-year-old decoy and sent her illicit photos.
