CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga industrial site left behind when Arcade Beauty moved out is filling up again.
Urban Story Ventures says hundreds of jobs are now based at the former Arcade Beauty property along Amnicola Highway, where four companies have leased space and only about 30,000 square feet remain available.
The Chattanooga developer bought the property after Arcade Beauty vacated it, leaving behind two buildings totaling 169,000 square feet and another 9.8 acres of undeveloped land already zoned for manufacturing.
