26-009188- 4800 BLK Fike Drive – Criminal Trespass – A woman flagged down police in front of the home stated a man had been living in her garage for four weeks, but she didn’t know who he was. Patrol spoke with the homeowner via telephone. He stated he bought the property at auction and wished to have the woman trespassed due to her consistently showing up on the property talking about her possessions. Police spoke with Hamilton County Civil Process who stated the party was legally evicted back in August of 2026. The woman was advised she was being trespassed from the property at the owner’s request. She understood and left the area…
