CARTA CEO tells Chattanooga council $4M in parking tickets outstanding amid new program

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — CARTA is preparing to begin booting vehicles this week as it expands a new parking network across Chattanooga.

CARTA CEO Charles Frazier updated the Chattanooga City Council on the agency’s new parking network and booting program Tuesday.
