CHATTANOOGA — A 46-year-old woman is recovering from serious injuries after she was hit by two vehicles Tuesday night, according to the Chattanooga Police Department.
Police say a driver saw a 46-year-old woman in the roadway after coming over a hill and swerved to avoid her, but still struck her with the vehicle’s side mirror on Shallowford Road.
