HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Hamilton County commissioners are moving forward with appointing a replacement for former District 11 school board member Jill Black after voting Tuesday night to officially declare her seat vacant.
People interested in the District 11 Hamilton County School Board seat can begin submitting applications, letters of interest and supporting documents to the Hamilton County Commission Office.
