CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office reports they recovered the body of a possible drowning victim at Chester Frost Park Friday afternoon.
A post from the Sheriff Office’s Facebook page says deputies were called to the park after a report of a possible drowning victim.
When deputies arrived, they found an individual later identified as Donna Spino deceased in the water.
