HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A McMinn County couple is suing Hamilton County for $300,000, saying a sheriff’s deputy speeding was at fault for a crash involving their disabled pickup truck on Highway 111 in Sequatchie County.
Hamilton County Deputy Landon Faulkner died on that April night after crashing into the trailer in the left lane of the road.
