WEATHER ALERT FROM TONIGHT TO FRIDAY MORNING: HEAVY RAINFALL & POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING. FLOOD WATCH AREAWIDE THROUGH THURSDAY & EARLY FRIDAY. Downpours could be heavy at times through Tonight and into the day Thursday. There is a low end Level 1 “Marginal Risk” for a few strong to severe storms during the afternoon and evening mainly from the city and South. The heavy rain falling on already saturated ground (and still some snow north) could lead to more excessive runoff than usual increasing the potential for flooding. Rainfall amounts through early Friday in the 2″-3″ range.
