The spring warmth has certainly led to a quick melting of snow and ice in the region. Widespread rain continues to move in and through the Tri-Cities with a very wet morning commute. Rain will become more scattered through the day so not a total washout. A secondary line of rain and a few embedded storms will move through this evening with another likely chance for rain.
