CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – A man was shot to death in Chattanooga Thursday night, and police are still looking for the person responsible. This happened at about 8 p.m. on the 700 block of East 48th Street, just down the street from the Chattanooga Housing Authority, according to a release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
