CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Control Alt Delete, also known as CAD, is the first youth diversion program in Hamilton County. They opened their doors on Sunday. Executive Director Johnny Martin is a registered yoga teacher, and hopes to use this as a performative practice to help children regulate their emotions.
