HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. – Jason Chen, the man charged in the 2022 murder of Chattanooga woman Jasmine Pace, is in court Monday. His defense team has motioned to dismiss evidence in the case. The motion has to do with Catrina Pace, Jasmine’s mother, who is testifying in court Monday.
