NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Tennessee Emergency Management Agency deployed a swiftwater component of Tennessee Task Force 2 to Florida ahead of Tropical Storm Debby impacting the state. Debby, which was upgraded to a tropical storm on Saturday, is expected to bring heavy rainfall and cause significant flooding throughout the state.
