CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – On Friday, September 7th at the Niota Depot there will be a time to remember the people lost in the attack on 9/11. At 4pm opening benediction will begin. Following that there will be a flag raising with a national anthem. Then bag pipes will be played and finally James Rogers will be playing from 5-6pm. James will be playing some original songs such as “Hero In My Eyes”.
