September 9, 2024, CLEVELAND, Tenn. – On Sunday a tragic discovery was made in Cleveland, Tennessee, when a missing woman, Dayana Garcia, 25, was found dead in an apartment located at 315 Northcrest Circle. The Cleveland Police Department had responded to a report of a missing person at the residence, leading to the issuance and execution of a search warrant.
Upon searching the apartment, investigators located the body of Garcia, confirming her death. Authorities have classified the case as a domestic-related homicide and have launched a full investigation. A first-degree murder warrant has been issued for Dayren Lopez Roque, 41, who is suspected to be responsible for the crime.
Lopez Roque has fled the state, and law enforcement agencies are actively working with other agencies outside of Tennessee to locate and apprehend him.
