OOLTEWAH, Tenn. – Friends of an Ooltewah High School student say they are taking road safety into their own hands after a crash on Snow Hill Road killed their friend. Those friends tell us they tried to save Max Quarles after his truck flipped off the road when he lost control of his vehicle last Thursday, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
