CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Chattanooga Police say two people were shot at the Oakwood Center off Highway 58 Friday afternoon. Our crew on scene saw two people being loaded into an ambulance. We spoke to Chattanooga Police Chief John Chambers, who tells us the two victims are expected to survive.
