The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department. 24-012961 – 100 BLK Cecil Lane – Disorder – The caller reported a fellow resident of his apartments started following him after a traffic miscommunication in the parking lot. The caller stated a male party in a black Dodge Charger verbalized slurs at him and then followed him for a considerable distance after a confrontation. The complainant requested documentation of the verbal disorder in case of future harassment from the party.
