ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WCYB) — An Elizabethton woman has been charged with vehicular homicide following an incident that happened on February 14, according to the Elizabethton Police Department.
Officers responded the 300 block of Race Street following a report of a vehicle hitting two pedestrians and fleeing the scene. Officers found two females at the scene who were both taken to area medical facilities.
