Sequatchie County, Mar. 8, 2025 — The Sequatchie County Sheriff’s office is investigating a homicide they believe occurred early Saturday morning.
According to a release from the Sequatchie County Sherriff’s Office; deputies dispatched to the Sequatchie-Erlanger emergency room after hearing reports of a woman being treated for stab wounds.
