Chattanooga Fire Department nears major equipment upgrade with new fire trucks

Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Fire Department is nearing a major equipment upgrade, as officials recently traveled to Snyder, Nebraska, to perform final inspections on three newly built fire trucks. These custom pumpers are being assembled at the Spartan Emergency Response manufacturing facility and have been in development for several years.

According to a post shared by the department, the fourth and final pumper is still under construction and is expected to be completed in the coming weeks. Once all inspections and finishing touches are finalized, the fire trucks will be delivered to Chattanooga, Tennessee.
