CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Walnut Street Bridge Festival made its much-anticipated return for its third year, drawing crowds to celebrate one of Chattanooga’s most iconic landmarks.
Although the Walnut Street Bridge is currently closed for renovation, the spirit of the event remained strong as it moved to the scenic Coolidge Park.
