Former assisted living center owner in Cleveland indicted on theft of property charges

CLEVELAND, Tenn. — An 8-count indictment says the owner of an assisted living center in Cleveland, Tennessee stole millions of dollars for his personal use over a period of 6 years, forcing the company to declare bankruptcy.

That Bradley County Grand Jury indictment against Andrew Charles Sneed was filed late last month.

Sneed was a co-owner with two others of Remember Me Senior Care, which started business in 2018. He was also a part of Lighthouse Land Holdings, LLC, which also filed for bankruptcy back in February…
