New Tennessee law aims to curb repeat DUI offenses with stricter blood alcohol limits

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga woman says her father lost his life in a crash caused by a repeat DUI offender.

A new Tennessee law looks to create stricter guidelines in an effort to reduce these repeat offenses.
