Authorities have confirmed that a body discovered in a Trenton pond on Thursday afternoon is that of a man.
According to Chad Payne, spokesperson for the Dade County Sheriff’s Office, the body was located in a pond off New Home Road. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has been called in to assist with the ongoing death investigation.
