CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A driver texting and driving led to a deadly crash on Highway 153 near the Chickamauga Dam last December. Now, that Chattanooga driver has been indicted by a Hamilton County Grand Jury.
The incident happened back early in the morning of December 13th of last year.
