UPDATE:
Hamilton County Sheriff Austin Garrett said his deputies responded to the Circle K on Highway 58 Monday evening after they got a hit on a license plate in the area.
According to the sheriff, the unnamed suspect in this case had warrants out of Hamilton, Bradley and Walker Counties…
