On Friday, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced an $11.7 million investment by Master Machine, a provider of advanced manufacturing and engineering services for the nuclear utility industry, to expand manufacturing operations in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Founded in 1993, Master Machine specializes in system design and manufacturing, build-to-print services, obsolete reverse engineering, equipment qualification, commercial-grade dedication and complex fabrication, primarily for nuclear-focused industries, including nuclear power generation, the Department of Energy and naval nuclear.
Master Machine is the fourth company to receive an award from the state’s Nuclear Energy Fund, which supports businesses related to nuclear power. Details of the investment weren’t disclosed…
