CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — It’s been nearly a decade since a witness to a Chattanooga murder was murdered herself.
Now, prosecutors have introduced a jailhouse letter written by 1 of 3 suspects in Bianca Horton’s death that they say indicates a larger conspiracy to keep witnesses in his trial quiet.
Andre Grier is one of 3 men charged in the 2016 death of 26-year-old Bianca Horton. Horton’s infant daughter Zoe was also shot, and was left paralyzed for life.
In court earlier this week, investigator Jeremy Winbush read a letter he says Grier wrote to another member of the Athens Park Bloods gang, warning him not to testify against one of the men who had been convicted in Horton’s death. Here’s what the letter said:…
