CHATTANOOGA, TN (WDEF)— Hundreds of families filled the Tennessee Riverpark for the 8th Annual Back-to-School Bash, transforming the waterfront into a vibrant hub of learning, laughter, and community support.
From face painting and interactive STEM exhibits to free backpacks and haircuts, the event offered something for every student gearing up for the first day of school.
“This event is all about family partnership,” said Caitlyn Steward, District Coordinator of Community Schools. “It’s about celebrating the start of school and making sure our students are first-day ready.
