Video captured on Tuesday, Aug. 12, shows cars and trucks in Tennessee stranded on a flooded interstate, as the waters forced all lanes to shut down.
The waters on the interstate near Chattanooga were so deep that some cars were almost completely submerged, and only their roofs were visible through the brown, murky waters.
“I-24 is closed between I-75 and US 27 in Hamilton County due to widespread flooding.
