EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — We spent the day Wednesday hearing the stories from residents and business owners in East Ridge and Chattanooga who had a day like no other on Tuesday.
That’s when more than 6 inches of rain fell in a short amount of time, flooding many area roads, including Interstates 24 and 75.
