CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The unprecedented flash flooding that hit Hamilton County on Tuesday has now claimed a total of four lives.
That’s after crews located and recovered the body of a man last seen walking in floodwaters Tuesday night on East Brainerd Road.
The Chattanooga Fire Department announced Wednesday afternoon that crews discovered a body with the help of a K9 from Bradley County.
However, they have not yet been able to positively identify the victim and say definitively he is the man who was last seen walking in flood waters.
