‘We will get answers:’ Chattanooga official questions TDOT’s role in flash flooding

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — The City of Chattanooga says there are lessons to be learned after last Tuesday’s flash flooding event.

Some council members questioned TDOT’s role in the flooding during Tuesday’s meeting discussing the city’s response.

Heavy rain fell on Chattanooga flooding roads and houses across the area.
