MARION COUNTY, Tenn. — A deadly accident at an off-road ATV park in Alabama last weekend has prompted a review of safety at parks in our viewing area and a call from some lawmakers for stricter regulations.
A man and a woman from Rome, Georgia were both killed when 2 ATVs collided at Indian Mountain ATV Park in Cherokee County, Alabama. 7 children were also hurt.
Saying ‘much of this could have been avoided,’ Alabama State Senator Andrew Jones is among those advocating for tighter controls.
