CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Chrysler issued a recall for nearly 100,000 Jeep vehicles for an issue that could cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
The National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration announced on Sept. 4 that 91,787 Jeep Grand Cherokee Plug-In Hybrid Electric vehicles were recalled because of “a software error with the hybrid control processor” that could result in a loss of drive power, which “increases the risk of a crash.”
