CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A woman who was trapped in her car during the historic flash flooding in Chattanooga last month has been reunited with the man who saved her.
The deadly flooding in Chattanooga on August 12th set a record. At a little more than 6 inches of rain in a matter of hours, it was the second most rainfall the city has seen in 1879.
Side streets were flooded and I-24 was underwater, leaving people stranded and cars partially submerged.
