CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — 3 people were rushed to the hospital after a train hit a welding truck in Chattanooga Wednesday morning.
The accident happened inside the CSX Wauhatchie Yard a little after 10 a.m., at the foot of Lookout Mountain.
A CSX spokesman tells us the locomotive collied with the welding truck, causing the truck to turn over on its side.
That spokesman says two workers in the welding truck and the locomotive’s engineer were rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
