CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — Bill Knowles, who has served citizens of Hamilton County as County Clerk since 1974, has announced that his current term in office will be his last.
Knowles released a statement sharing gratitude for his service to the county and highlighting some of his accomplishments over the last 51 years.
