Audray, the owner of Lucks Rescue in Dade County, Georgia was heartbroken earlier this week after a man was captured on video abandoning a dog on the side of the road in northwest Georgia.
The dog had been left to wander on Old State Road in Menlo, and was later rescued by Lucks Rescue Center after finding out the dog had been left alone and was injured. Odds are the dog had been struck by a car; his leg appeared injured…
